The first property management industry expo hosted by the China Property Management Association

For the first time, the multi-dimensional pattern of “expo + main forum + 14 sub-forums + supporting activities” concentratedly displayed the new technologies, new products and new achievements in the transformation and upgrading of my country’s property management industry to modern service industry. There are eight exhibition areas including industry brand property service enterprises, green energy-saving products, intelligent security facilities, environmental cleaning tools and equipment, community O2O, parking equipment, intelligent management system, property management education and training. Nearly 200 outstanding exhibitors from all over the country were invited to participate in the exhibition and have face-to-face exchanges and negotiations with property service enterprises to achieve one-stop centralized procurement. The number of professional visitors reached 15,000, and 5,031 projects were reached with cooperation intentions, which promoted effective cooperation between supply and demand.
