Hosted by the China Property Management Association, is the only international event in the industry registered with the Ministry of Commerce, demonstrating its influence in the global property management field. During the Expo, the 3rd Property Management Human Resources Development Forum of the 6th Property Management Innovation and Development Forum was successfully held at the same time. The forum was co-organized by the China Property Management Association and the Human Resources Development Professional Committee, bringing together nearly 300 on-site participants and more than 20,000 online viewers, demonstrating extremely high industry attention and international participation. With “empowering the development of the property management industry with high-quality talent management” as the core topic, this forum not only reflects the forward-looking insight into the future trends of the industry, but also highlights the strategic emphasis on the cultivation of high-quality talents in the global competition. As a highlight of the forum, the roundtable dialogue was hosted by Lin Changqing, Vice President of the China Property Management Association, who has an international vision. He led an in-depth exchange of top industry experts and scholars, including Weng Guoqiang, Senior Advisor of the China Property Management Association, Professor Chen Dehao, Director of the Property Management Research Institute of Guangzhou University, Huang Liang, Dean of the School of Urban Operations Management of Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College, Zhuang Wenbin, Secretary General of the Lianyungang Property Management Association, and Zhang Anhong, founder of Zhicheng Future. Under the chairmanship of Lin Changqing, the dialogue focused on the challenges and strategies of talent training in the new stage of high-quality development of the industry, and discussed how to build a talent ecosystem in the field of property management in the context of globalization and digital transformation to adapt to and lead the transformation and upgrading of the industry. By sharing international best practices, innovative ideas and strategic foresight, the dialogue not only promoted international exchanges in property management human resources management, but also provided an action blueprint for the industry to promote high-quality development and enhance talent competitiveness on a global scale.
