He not only shared his profound insights from visiting the 30th Anniversary Achievement Exhibition of the “3820” Strategic Project, but also emphasized the key role of such international platforms in strengthening the integration of the property management industry chain, expanding international cooperation opportunities, and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry with his rich experience in international exchanges, especially the insights from participating in previous China Property Management Expos. Lin Changqing especially called on all parties to actively participate in the upcoming 2023 China Property Management Expo as an important opportunity to promote the globalization of the industry and promote knowledge and technology exchanges. Lin Changqing emphasized that under the strategy of “high-quality development” and “open development”, the property management industry should actively learn from international best practices, strengthen industry self-discipline, improve service quality, and use technological means such as smart property service platforms to promote green ecology and sustainable development. By sharing innovative service cases of “red property” from Xiamen, Zhangzhou and other places, the innovative role of property management in social governance and community services was further demonstrated.
