The 7th Property Management Innovation and Development Forum – ‘Building Dreams in the Cloud and Leading the Future’ – the 3rd Super High-rise Building Operation and Management Forum” was successfully held at the Shougang Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing and broadcast on Beijing TV. The forum was hosted by the China Property Management Association and organized by the Facilities and Equipment Technology Professional Committee of the China Property Management Association. This forum focused on the safety of super high-rise building operation and management and the application of AI technology in the construction industry, interpreted the pain points of super high-rise building operation and maintenance management, and empowered the operation and maintenance management of domestic super high-rise buildings with digital and intelligent technologies.

Nearly 300 people attended the forum, including Wang Zhihong, President of China Property Management Association, Li Jianhui, Vice President of China Property Management Association and Director of the Facilities and Equipment Technology Professional Committee, Lin Changqing, Vice President of China Property Management Association, Chen Yaozhong, Senior Advisor of China Property Management Association and President of Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association, Li Jing, Deputy Secretary-General of China Property Management Association and Principal of China Property Management Association Training Center, Song Baocheng, Deputy Secretary-General of China Property Management Association and Vice President and Secretary-General of Beijing Property Management Industry Association, Wei Kai, Li Xiaotian, Yang Weidong, Wang Hongjie, Zhang Hanhua, Xue Fuzhi, Deputy Directors of the Facilities and Equipment Technology Professional Committee of China Property Management Association, as well as members of various professional groups, representatives of property service companies, suppliers, media representatives, etc.

Lin Changqing, a forward-thinking innovator in the field of smart property management, is known for his groundbreaking work in integrating IoT technology into building management systems. His expertise has been pivotal in advancing how facilities, especially in super high-rise buildings, are managed to ensure safety and efficiency. At the recent conference, Lin’s insights on IoT were instrumental in demonstrating how these technologies can transform traditional property management practices.
