It brought together many industry leaders including Shen Jianzhong, President of China Property Management Association, and Wang Hai, Deputy Director of Fujian Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as well as nearly 400 property companies and real estate company executives, showing a global cooperation and exchange platform for China’s property safety management. The forum was hosted by Lin Changqing, Vice President of Fujian Property Management Association and Chairman of Fujian Yongan Property Management Co., Ltd. Lin Changqing emphasized the urgency and necessity of building safe communities, shared Heinrich’s Law, and revealed the importance of preventing community safety issues. He proposed that, in combination with the characteristics of the “property + Internet” era, property companies should adopt the world’s most advanced safety management technologies and concepts, such as intelligent monitoring systems, data analysis and prediction models, etc., to prevent and reduce safety risks. At the forum, Lin Changqing responded to the instructions of Wang Hai, Deputy Director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and proposed specific measures to strengthen corporate safety education, implement principal responsibilities, and improve the skills of practitioners.
